Why can’t I see my test result?
The TESTI mobile app shows results from 1 January 2020. All results of samples given before this date can be viewed in the health information system digilugu.ee or, if using SYNLAB services for private clients, in the portal minu.synlab.ee.
Can I change the number of my travel document later?
Yes, you can. Just go to “My Account“, click on “User details“, change the number of your travel document and confirm the change.
If I don’t have a Smart ID or Mobile ID account, how can I see my results?
All results can be accessed from the health information system digilugu.ee. If you are unable to access it, you can contact your family health centre for the test result. In case of a paid test, the result is issued by the paid service provider.
Why is this application not available in Google Play and App Store? Is it an application or a website which shortcut is installed on the mobile screen?
It is a modern web application that is a hybrid of both the web and the mobile application, or a so-called Progressive Web App, which can be installed on a mobile phone as well as used directly on the web. You don’t need Google Play or App Store to use it.
Can I view the results of my children’s/ward’s coronavirus tests from the TESTI app?
- Yes. To do this, with your permission, we will make a request with the population register and see whose results you are permitted to view pursuant to law.
When you log in to the TESTI app and click the ‘Analysis results’ button on the home page, your own results will open first. At the top right area of the page, you will see the ‘Switch role’ icon. By clicking on it, we ask you to confirm that you wish us to make a request with the population register on your behalf in order to display the selection of the persons you represent and whose results you have the right to view.
Why can‘t I see my child’s/ward’s results in the TESTI app?
In order to obtain a more detailed overview of the problem, please contact us at klienditugi@synlab.ee. Please add the names and personal identification numbers of the persons whose results you are unable to view.
How quickly will I receive the results?
With paid testing, the results will become available within 24 hours. With a referral letter based testing, the results will become available within 48 hours.
How can I book appointments with referral letter based testing?
Once the family doctor’s referral letter is received in the testing system, an SMS is sent to the phone number specified in the referral letter, if the person tested is an adult (18 years and above). This SMS

How can I book appointments with referral letter based testing?
Once the family doctor’s referral letter is received in the testing system, an SMS is sent to the phone number specified in the referral letter, if the person tested is an adult (18 years and above). This SMS allows you to reserve a time for giving a sample. By clicking on the “I have a referral letter” button, you will be instantly directed to the online reservation system, where you can login with an ID card, Mobile ID or Smart ID. If this is not an option, you can also reserve a time by calling the public testing call centre at 646 4848. With underage children, the public testing call centre contacts you directly or you can call the above number yourself.
